Roadmap to Integration is a programme run by OTHERLAND COLLECTIVE LIMITED, (hello@theother.land). We offer a 6-week group integration programme, 1:1 integration sessions, and related resources and community.
2. What we are not
Our programmes and sessions are integration coaching and group support. They are not therapy, counselling, psychiatric or medical care, and we do not diagnose or treat any condition. If you are under the care of a therapist, doctor or psychiatrist, we encourage you to let them know you are working with us. Nothing we offer replaces their advice. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, please contact your local emergency services or a crisis line (see our resources page). Nothing we say is a recommendation to use any substance, and we do not provide or source them. You are responsible for your own decisions and wellbeing. We may decline or end a booking if we believe another form of support would be safer for you, and we will refund any unused sessions in that case.
3. Cancellation and rescheduling
You can cancel or reschedule a 1:1 session free of charge up to 48 hours before it starts, using the link in your confirmation email. Within 48 hours, or if you miss the session, it will count as used. If something unexpected happens, get in touch and we'll do our best to be flexible. Packages of three sessions are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
4. Refunds
Roadmap to Integration (group programme): you can cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, as long as the programme has not started. After it has started, . To cancel, email hello@theother.land.
Single 1:1 sessions: if you cancel at least 48 hours before your session, you can choose a full refund or a free reschedule. If you cancel within 48 hours, or don't attend, the session counts as used and is not refundable, though we may be able to offer a reschedule if something unexpected has happened. Once a session has taken place it can't be refunded, but if you're unhappy with it, please tell us and we'll do our best to put it right. If we cancel or can't deliver a session, we'll offer a full refund or a new date, whichever you prefer.
1:1 sessions, packages of three: can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no session has been used. After that, unused sessions can be refunded at the per-session price within 1 month of purchase.

Cost: if the price is a barrier, please contact us before purchasing and we'll see what is possible.
5. Privacy
What we collect: the details you give us when you sign up, book or contact us (such as your name, email and answers to our forms), payment details (handled by our payment provider, so we never see your card number), and basic website usage data.
Why: to run bookings and programmes, to communicate with you about them, to keep appropriate records, and, if you've agreed, to send our newsletter. Where we ask about wellbeing, it is only to make sure the right support is in place, and we ask you to share only what you are comfortable with.
Who we share it with: the services we use to run our work, such as Squarespace, Acuity Scheduling, Teachable, Substack, Stripe/PayPal, Google Workspace. They process data on our behalf and have their own privacy policies. Some are based outside the UK and EU and use recognised safeguards.
How long we keep it: We keep payment and invoice records for 6 years, as required for tax purposes. Client details and booking history are kept for 2 years after our last contact. Answers to wellbeing questions on our forms are deleted within 12 months or when your programme ends, whichever is sooner. Newsletter subscribers are kept until they unsubscribe.
Your rights: you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@theother.land You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD; in the UK, the ICO).
